Women's Workshops
Collective Love Coaching's public programs are created specifically for women. These experiences create intentional space to step away from everyday responsibilities and reconnect with yourself — not only as a mother, professional, partner, daughter, caregiver, or any of the other roles you may carry, but as a woman with your own needs, values, desires, questions, and possibilities.
Our workshops are approximately three-hour standalone experiences. Each workshop focuses on a specific theme and may include guided reflection, conversation, journaling, partner exercises, mindfulness, centering, body awareness, and practical tools participants can bring into everyday life. You do not need to participate in another Collective Love Coaching program before attending a workshop.

The Power of Pause
Life can become a constant cycle of responsibilities, decisions, notifications, work, family, and expectations. The Power of Pause creates intentional space to slow down. Participants explore what becomes possible when we stop automatically reacting to everything around us and begin paying attention to what is happening within us. Through reflection, mindfulness, and experiential activities, women explore presence, awareness, and the difference between simply moving through life and intentionally participating in it.

Emotional Reset
Emotions are part of every conversation, decision, relationship, and experience we have. Emotional Reset creates space to become more aware of the emotions we carry and how those emotions influence the way we interpret and respond to situations. Participants explore emotional patterns, increase awareness of their current emotional state, and practice tools for navigating everyday experiences with greater intention.

Rediscover Yourself: You Beyond Your Titles
Throughout life, women accumulate titles: Mother. Wife. Partner. Daughter. Professional. Caregiver. Friend. Leader. Those roles can be meaningful, but sometimes we become so focused on fulfilling them that we stop asking: Who am I beyond my titles? This workshop creates space for women to reconnect with the person underneath everything they do for everyone else. Participants reflect on identity, values, desires, interests, priorities, and who they are becoming in this stage of their lives. The goal is not to reject the roles we carry, but to remember that we are more than those roles.

Loving Yourself Without Guilt
Many women understand the importance of caring for themselves but still experience guilt when they actually do it. This workshop explores the beliefs, expectations, and internal conversations that can make choosing ourselves feel selfish. Participants reflect on self-worth, personal needs, boundaries, expectations, and what it means to include themselves among the people they care for.

The Stories We Live By
We all carry stories about ourselves: stories about who we are, what happened to us, what we are capable of, what other people think of us, and what is or is not possible. This workshop explores the difference between what happened and the interpretations we may have created around what happened. Participants are invited to become curious about the stories influencing their choices and consider whether those stories still support the person they are becoming.

The Language of the Body
Our bodies communicate even when we are not speaking. Our posture, breathing, tension, movement, energy, and physical presence can reflect how we are experiencing ourselves and the world around us. This experiential workshop explores the relationship between body, language, and emotions. Participants practice becoming more aware of what their bodies may be communicating and explore how physical presence can influence their experience.

Creating an Intentional Life
It is easy to become so busy responding to life that we rarely stop to ask whether the life we are living reflects what actually matters to us. This workshop creates space to examine values, priorities, routines, relationships, and choices. Participants reflect on where they are now, what they want more or less of in their lives, and intentional actions they can begin taking toward the life they want to create.

From Survival to Presence
Sometimes life becomes about getting through the next responsibility. Wake up. Work. Take care of everyone. Solve the next problem. Repeat. From Survival to Presence explores what happens when we have been operating this way for so long that it begins to feel normal. Participants create space to notice their patterns, reconnect with the present moment, and explore how they want to experience their lives rather than simply getting through them.

Volviendo a Ti: The Workshop
Volviendo a Ti: The Workshop is a standalone introduction to the heart of the deeper Volviendo a Ti experience. During this approximately three-hour experience, women are invited to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves beyond the responsibilities, roles, and expectations of everyday life. It introduces several of the themes that are explored more deeply in the four-week Volviendo a Ti program.
