Cancellation and Refund Policy

Workshops and group programs
You may cancel your registration for a full refund up to 7 days before the workshop or program start date. Between 3 and 6 days before, you may choose a credit toward a future date or a 50% refund. With less than 48 hours' notice, or in case of a no-show, no refunds are issued, though you may transfer your spot to someone else by contacting us in advance.
Organizational wellness
Cancellation and refund terms for organizational wellness workshops are agreed upon in writing as part of each individual proposal, since format, duration, and group size vary by organization.
Collective Love Creations — digital products
Due to the nature of digital products, once you access or download the content, no refunds are issued. If you had a technical problem accessing your purchase, contact us within 48 hours and we'll resolve it or issue a refund.
Collective Love Creations — physical products
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Sunday Meditation
Sunday Meditation is free and does not require payment or registration, so no cancellation policy applies.
Online courses
Online courses are not yet publicly available; their cancellation and refund policy will be published before launch.
How we process refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our control; in that case, a full refund or credit is offered, at the participant's choice.
