Meet Lizet
I am Lizet Barriga-Arroyo, a Registered Nurse and Certified Ontological Coach, and the founder of Collective Love Coaching.
My professional background in nursing has given me the opportunity to work closely with individuals and families through many different stages of life. Those experiences shaped the way I understand human connection, communication, well-being, and the importance of caring for ourselves while also caring for others.
But this work is also personal.
As a woman and mother, I understand what it feels like to carry many roles and responsibilities while continuing to navigate who we are underneath all of those titles.
Mother. Professional. Partner. Daughter. Caregiver. Friend.
Sometimes we become so focused on everything we are responsible for that we forget to ask ourselves who we are becoming along the way.
Collective Love Coaching was created from that understanding.

I wanted to create spaces where people could slow down long enough to hear themselves again.
Spaces where reflection does not feel like another responsibility.
Spaces where women can step outside of the many titles they carry and reconnect with themselves.
Spaces where organizations can intentionally support the people who spend their days supporting others.
And spaces where community, conversation, mindfulness, and personal growth can exist together.
Collective Love Coaching brings together my experience in nursing, Ontological Coaching, personal growth, mindfulness, and my own lived experiences as a woman and mother.
